The Little Match Girl is a theatrical re-telling of Hans Christian Anderson’s classic work and folk tales from Christmas, Hanukkah, and Kwanzaa. Appropriate for the whole family! (Ages 3 and up). December 1, 7, 14 and 15.

Central Virginia Masterworks Chorale Winter Concert
Enjoy a performance of Bach's "Magnificat" and Whitbourn's "Missa Carolae." Artistic Director Ryan Tibbetts again conducts the Chorale and orchestra, and renowned organist Daniel Stipe will accompany. The 70-member vocal group has appeared to sold-out crowds in Ashland and Richmond.

This is a free fine art exhibit featuring the Richmond native artist Mallory Nuckols. Mallory creates stunning figure pieces of women. Mallory was born and grew up in the metro Richmond area. Her Fine Art depicts women in all of their lovely forms. Beautiful accompanying jazz music performed by an Ashland local. Food and drink in limited supply. Both paintings and prints available for purchase. Come out and support this amazing artist!

Ring in 2019 at the Hanover Arts & Activities Center! Ticket price includes beer, wine and champagne toast at midnight. Light desserts and hors d'oeuvers. Silent auction. Music by Elizabeth Melson, including old favorites from past variety shows. All proceeds go towards the Center and the programming it provides to the Ashland and Hanover community.
